Loveland, Ohio current community events

April 22nd, 2020: Arbor Day

Take a stroll down Timberidge Drive on Arbor Day (April 22nd) and pick up a free tree to plant in your backyard. We’ve teamed up with other local residents in an effort to increase the number of trees thriving in Loveland. Hopefully our very own Loveland, Ohio can once again attain the prestigious designation of Tree City USA.

upcoming annual community events

November: pumpkin composting

Donate your expired jack-o-lanterns, mums, corn stocks, gourds, straw bales, and other fall decor for compost by tossing them in the Pumpkin Cart or by sitting them on the curb for pick up the first two Sunday afternoons in November.

February: maple sap boil

Stop by and watch as we boil down several hundred gallons of sap on our evaporator to a few gallons of delectable syrup. Want to participate? We have spiles and food grade buckets you can purchase inexpensively, so you can tap your own backyard maple tree(s). Learn more about making maple syrup.
